Information on Shipping and Delivery
We strive to ensure that your order is delivered in the fastest and safest possible. In line with our philosophy of preventing waste of resources and preserving the future environment for children, all orders are made on-demand, which results in longer delivery times than off-the-shelf products. We sincerely appreciate your valued support in this meaningful endeavor.
When will I get my order?
Please note that all shipping timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.
Production time is not included in these estimates. Typically, orders require 2 to 5 business days for fulfillment before they are dispatched. This estimate doesn’t include shipping
Delivery duration varies based on destination and product type, but general estimates are as follows. :
- Domestic shipping: Flat Rate (Standard)
- USA: 3–6 business days after fulfillment
- Canada: 2–5 business days after fulfillment
- Japan: 2–3 business days after fulfillment
- International shipping: Flat Rate (Standard)
- USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea: 5–20 business days after fulfillment
Where will my order ship from?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper with facilities worldwide. Depending on your location, your order is printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you have questions on your order status, please email us at support@epicwhizz.com.
Will I be charged customs or duties for my order?
An additional customs, duties, and/or tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@epicwhizz.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
Items returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery will be sent back to our fulfillment facility and held for a period of 30 days. During this time, you may contact us to provide an updated shipping address and request reshipment. Please note that all reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, we cannot assume responsibility for any loss or theft thereafter.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for further investigation. Should you need additional support, our customer service team is available and ready to assist.
